Friends! I am so unbelievably excited to share news of an upcoming sale with you! Get ready Minneapolis, a “Handmade Holiday Pop-Up Shop” is coming your way and I do hope that you will mark your calendars and stop in.
I’ll be there with my usual goods, but even more exciting is that I am collaborating with a handful of other local makers, creators, and artists to bring a variety of handmade goodness to you just in time for the holidays! Please consider stopping in and supporting local entrepreneurs, partaking of some holiday refreshments (wine! chocolate!), and enjoying a cozy shopping atmosphere. AND, 20% of all proceeds will go to benefit hurricane recovery efforts in Puerto Rico (was there ever a greater need?) via the organization Unidos por Puerto Rico.
While this particular event has been a couple months in the making, it feels in some ways like this has actually been years in the making. I’ve often said that I don’t have a concrete vision for this thing I’m doing: writing, sewing, making, schlepping, farmers marketing, etsy-ing. BUT. I have always known that collaboration and community were significant elements of my hopes and dreams for this endeavor, so I am elated to be taking another step in that direction by collaborating with some talented women for this event.
So please share this sale information far and wide (or, at least in the Twin Cities metropolitan area) and consider stopping by to experience the collaboration, the community, the collective, if you will.
